Over 30 years of experience in the international capital markets in a variety of roles.

He was at Rabobank for 20 years, the last 10 years as Global Head of FI Sales and Head of Markets Europe. He was also a member of the bank's European governing body, The Executive Committee Europe. He was also a member of the Risk Committee, ALCO, FEC Committee and Client Committee.

Hans has over 40 years of experience in international banking with Union Bancaire Privee and American Express Bank.

Hans brings on board his in-depth knowledge and experience in Swiss private banking including Risk Management and Compliance. As Head of Treasury he supervised trading activities, developing investment strategies and was responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with global financial institutions.

Craig has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry with senior management positions in fund management, investment banking and fund administration firms globally.

His most recent role being Regional MD – MENA with the Apex Group. Prior to joining Apex, Craig was Senior Executive Officer with a multi-family office and responsible for developing the firm to manage fund structures based in a variety of jurisdictions and covering a full range of investment strategies and structures. Craig holds several other directorship roles in financial services companies and investment funds.

He is also a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Lakshmanan has over 40 years of experience in international banking in the UAE and India. He has been an integral part of the Alpen Group of Companies since 2007 playing fundamental roles in both the investment banking and wealth/asset management verticals.

As Chief Executive Officer of the Alpen Capital Group for the investment banking business and as Senior Executive Officer of Alpen Asset Advisors Limited for the wealth/asset management business, he is responsible for the vision, strategy and operations of the Group, overseeing all areas of the Group’s performance and direction.

He has previously worked with Mashreq as SVP, Head of Planning & Management Accounting and with Citibank in audit functions.
